Dundurn Place Care Centre is right in the heart of downtown Hamilton, three blocks from Jackson Square, Farmers’ Market and other quality shopping and theatre locations. For more than 35 years, our committed team has been providing long term care clients with the most compassionate care available. Our multicultural accredited home is proud to serve 173 long term care residents and 28 convalescent residents, providing excellent care and specialty programs.
We are proud to announce our most recent Outstanding accreditation from Meaningful Care Matters in the Butterfly Approach, one of only a few homes in Canada. Butterfly Approach is a leading philosophy of care for individuals with dementia, that delivers emotion-based person-centred care that connects with people in a dignified, holistic and human way.
